Please Read this Before thinking about Joining the Konoha-Nins.
The Konoha-Nins are a very active guild and we have recently entered the WoE scene. Our overall priority as a guild is to achieve respect w/ one another and work hard together and strive together to meet its goal. This is what we will be asking of you.

Yes, we ask you be active as much as possible, We need all the attendance we can for War of Emperium. If you are absent to at least 4 War of Emperiums you are subjected to being expelled from the guild. Attendance is a very big issue w/ us. If for any reason you cannot attend woe please tell me in advance and i will excuse it.

Please no Drama. If we notice that you are a drama queen and the guild becomes on edge of arguements etc etc, then you will be removed.
If you cannot accept these terms then please save us time and dont apply. Thanks xD

Attendance is a very big issue w/ us. hey i had a few questions.. when you say that if ppl are absent for atleast 4 WOEs, does that they get kicked even if they have a legitament(sp?) reason for missing a woe? secondly.. does this rule apply to current members? or better yet, high council(wo)men and leaders? don't take this post the wrong way, im just trying to keep things in perspective and judge yer rulings about attendance and woe-ing from an objective standpoint. |

It applies to every1. As long as they give us a reason for why they are being unactive, then thats fine. But ppl have a tendency to not respond. It only takes a bit of communication to make sumthing difficult a little simple.

oh okay, nelson should have added that in his post then. Forgetting to leave out information as well as not being able to clarify some stuff leads to ppl misunderstanding thus leading to drama. i dunno.. does that make sense? correct me if im wrong.
btw, hows the guild goin?

True, but accidents happen, nobody's' perfect. Its not that simple to clarify everything that we are trying to cover on this point, but we are trying our best, and so should every1 else. Sorrie for any misunderstandings. If you're unsure be a man like sean n ask questions =b.

reason is well i wanted a big woe guild and saw u in alde today recruting and im CP and joke bard hehe so might as well apply i was in ssa (smb/SD alliance) i know their woe stratageys ;P
