Sorry for spamming this thread, but I am still very pissed off about GMs' reply to my inquiry and need to share this. Let me know if you think I am spamming and I will delete this thread.
It is funny though how they keep changing their stories. First they state that you cannot log out while your pet is still out of the egg, then they said I forgot to feed it, and finally they said it may be bug, but it still my fault. Fking idiots.
This is the mail that I sent to Gravity:

I am currently at work so I can`t open my ragnarok. However, I would like to inquire regarding the status of this matter.
As I stated in my previous e-mail, I tamed a devi on Monday and had fed it several times ever since. I sent you an accompanying SS showing that I still have that devi at around 11 PM EST (while also SS-ing a bot).
When I hunted a tirf at around 1 AM, I had to Bwing, and when I was in Geffen, I noticed my pet was gone but when I use Alt-J command, it was still on, with satisfied feeding/neutral intimacy. I thought this is just a bug so I decided to relog, and to my surprised my pet was gone, can`t even do an Alt-J.
From the point I tamed the devi to that point when I lost that devi in Geffen, I never die even once - though not gaining any significant % either. If you check the SS % and compare it to my current %, it is matched, probably I would added several 0.x%, but not significant enough to gain me 1%. Thus, this most likely be a program bug.
This is very frustrating to me since I had spent 11 tames to get this devi and this devi essentially completed my pet collection, and to have my devi simply dissapear due to game bug is VERY annoying indeed. Moreover, I also would like to inquire why you deleted my post in bug report forum which I send in addition to this e-mail.
Thank you very much for your time and efforts, and I hope to hear from you pretty soon regarding this matter.

We are sorry to hear about your situation but we can not compensate for pets running away. It is advisable to NEVER log out with a pet out of the egg.

Okay, I have checked every single thread in RoEmpire, Ragnainfo, including this website, and never ever there any advise from you to NEVER log out with a pet out of the egg. Plus, do you read my question anyway? It was a weird bug causing my devi suddenly dissapeared. I was using A BUTTLERFLY WING to EXIT GEFFEN DUNGEON and when I arrived in GEFFEN, MY PET DEVI SUDDENLY DISSAPEARED.
In addition, this is not my first pet. I have more than 60 pet eggs, and in many cases I log off even with my pet out, and I NEVER EVER LOST A PET THAT WAY. This OBVIOUSLY A BUG. IF I lost my pet devi due to my own mistake, I will not even bother to post that here, since I am the one who messed up. However THIS IS A GAME BUG.
Check the log, etc, and you will find that I am not lying regarding this matter. That DEVI just dissapeared when I BWING, NOT LOGGING OUT. IT IS FROM USING BUTTERFLY WING.

Dear Hanfeizi, a tamed monster pet will continually lose loyalty when not put away. If you use a butterfly wing and it does not appear, but still appears in the Alt-J menu we would recommend putting it back into an egg. Some pets will stay loyal for a long amount of time, but some will run away very quickly if not put away. We have investigated this case, and the pet was not lost due to a game error.

I know that a tamed monster will contunually lose loyalty, especially since I have tamed more than 30 pets and I currently a proud owner of 60+ eggs. I also know in three instances when I lost three poporings because I forgot to feed them, BUT NOT IN THIS CASE. The DEVI was at satisfied/neutral when I use butterfly wing, and I am not that stupid or idiot to starve A FIVE MILLION ZENY PET. Plus, a pet owner will know that PET ONLY RUNS AWAY WHEN THE INTIMACY IS VERY AWKWARD, which is ONE INTIMACY DOWN FROM SHY. A devi only need feeling once every 7-10 min, so I know freaking well what I am doing here, and in usual case I may concede that I am wrong, BUT NOT IN THIS CASE. This is a case of freaking instance where I lost pet because I BUTTERFLY WING FROM GEFFEN DUNGEON.
So now this is not the case of logging off without putting the pet away? Frankly I am really CONCERNED now regarding your professionality and your knowledge regarding this game.

From an obviously very clueless GM:
Please note that if the pet is not on the screen after you Butterfly wing it is strongly advised that you attempt to put it back in its egg with the alt-j menu.
If it is not present then it may be in the process of running away, please do not log off as that may not cause them to reappear. Pets are working correctly and they do run away for various reasons. While it is a low chance of something like this occuring it can happen, and it is advised to you, as players, to put them back in the egg before logging out especially if you notice a problem with the pet`s behavior.

Hanfeizi LOL. This is the first time I have ever heard that a pet has a process of running away. Usually when I left it as "very hungry" and "very awkward," it will immediately dissapear. So basically GM is now saying that even a normal/satisfied pet has a chance of running away? Great. I will post this in ragnainfo.
So, basically wait till a poor victim appear again with this kind of problem, and let the person test this approach, and IF this fails, then we should complain again? This is VERY amusing indeed. Thus this means what? I am still a stupid pet owner that deserves to lost his pet due to freaking game error?
