I just wanted to say thanks for including me. Although i'm not a part of the guild no more its nice that u remembered me ^_^. Thank you thank you so much! I was glad to help you out! but rellie i wouldnt have done it without u n seanie. u guys r the best! we had some great memories... can you believe its been more than a year haha! funnie last time we celebrated my bday on ro. n i cant say the same for this year =b... im glad u guys are doing good with the alde alliance n everythin. nelson ur doin a good job im proud of ya! the guild turned out the way we wanted it to be... u wished to grow into a big guild one day.. n here u are.. n im glad i forced u into recruiting me haha jk ...but yes i miss you all ill neva forget yalls.. ur liike the best online frends i ever had lol .. and thanks for all the good times n memories!! life goes on!

-Bio: In the begining, Nelson and Sean created KN, On the 2nd day, Ellie was recruited, and because of her, KN is what we are today. Ellie is the first preistess ever recruited to KN. She has done mircales for the guild, as well as rose in the ranks to becoming the guilds 2nd in Command. She is basicly the mother of Konoha, tending to those in need, listening to peoples problems, helping out w/ guild standards, and recruiting half the members that are in the guild. Peopel didnt join Konoha because of me, they joined because of Ellie. She will be forever remembered as the backbone of this guild. Her deeds and duties far surpass those who have been in this guild. On and off the scenes of the guild, she worked hard to help us get to where we are. Thank you Ellie for everything, and for supporting me when i needed the help in times of crucial moments.

One of the greatest qualities ppl look for in a leader is how they exemplify thier attitude towards fairness.. but in order to actually be fair, gaining, and/or, if not maintaining perspective is crucial.

Works kinda slow today so i decided to check out the forums

Yeah.. just to add to what caca said.. like i know i haven't involved myself politically or whatever since i came back from my break.. but to be serious for once (because im usually not during the game), things really seem to be steering in the direction the 3 of us wanted it to go through when we started this.. true, the guild has gone through some rough times.. but knowing what i know now.. regardless of some of the negative things you've done in the past, (tho justifiable at times considering the difficulties of leading in general as well as the fact that, i know personally, you are still learning) yer one of the, if not the only, force thats steering this organization.

all in all, from the perspective of an ex-co leader, jus remember why we started this guild..
but as for now.. coming from a soldiers point of view, Keep up the good work.. and always strive to be a better leader for yourself.. but, more importantly, for those that follow you.
