Medals in Konoha-Nins. are awarded for acts of bravery, kindness, dedication, and willingness to help within the guild. They can be earned through many different ways while being a Nin. In War of Emperium they are earned through good behavior, skills, good communication, and the ability to understand tactics and situations while working as a team. Some medals are even earned just by being yourself and being a positive influence on the guild. People who have earned awards are positive role models for the guild and have earned the respect of their fellow guildmates ^^.



Medals:

Medal of Honor: Hokage, Kage, Anbu, Sannin*Higest Medal Achievable.



The Medal of Honor is the highest award for valor in action against an enemy force which can be bestowed upon an individual serving in the Konoha-Nins Guild of the Alde Alliance.

There must be no margin of doubt or possibility of error in awarding this honor. To justify the decoration, the individual's service must clearly be rendered conspicuous above his or her comrades by an act so outstanding that it clearly distinguishes his or her loyalty to the guild.

Silver Star:Chunin, Jounin, Special Jounin, Anbu, Kage,Sannin



Awarded to a person who, while serving in any capacity with the Alde Alliance or the Konoha-Nins guild, is cited for gallantry in action that does not warrant a Medal of Honor.

(a) while engaged in an action against an enemy of the Alde Alliance;

(b) while engaged in War of Emperium operations involving conflict with an opposing Alliance; or

(c) while serving with friendly foreign forces engaged in an armed conflict against an opposing Alliance or Guild force in which the Konoha-Nins, or Alde Alliance is not a belligerent party.

The heroic act(s) performed must render the individual conspicuous and well above the standard expected. An accumulation of minor acts of heroism normally does not justify the award, but unusual or exceptional cases will be decided on their merits.

Distinguished Service Medal:Special Jounins,Kage, Anbu,Sannin



Awarded to a person who, while serving in any capacity with the Alde Alliance, distinguishes himself/herself by exceptionally meritorious service to the Konoha-Nins in a duty of great responsibility.


Legion of Merit:Jounins, Chuunins. Special Jounin, Anbu, Kage,Sannin



Awarded to a member of the Konoha-Nins guild who distinguishes himself/herself by exceptionally meritorious conduct in performing outstanding service.

To justify this decoration, the service rendered must have been comparable to that required for the Distinguished Service Medal but in a duty of lesser though considerable responsibility. In general, the Legion of Merit will be awarded to officers in lesser commands at War of Emperium or principal commands outside WoE who have performed such exceptionally meritorious service as to justify the award of the Distinguished Service Medal except as to degree of merit


Prisoner of War Medal/(M.I.A.)Medal:



Awarded to any person who, while serving in any capacity with the Konoha-Nins of the Alde Alliance, was taken prisoner and held captive.

The Prisoner of War Medal will only be issued to the legal next of kin of KN personel who have received credit for Konoha-Nins service and whose status as prisoners of war has been officially confirmed and recognized as such by the High Council. The next of kin of persons listed as missing, but for whom there is no evidence of having been a prisoner of war, will also be issued the medal. Return of remains, in and of itself,. The next of kin of personel who fall into captivity of inactiveness may be issued the medal regardless of the length of absence.


Awards:

KN Achievement Award:



Professional achievement that merit the Konoha-Nins Achievement Medal (NA) must:

(a) Clearly exceed that which is normally required or expected, considering the individual's level or rate, skills, and experience; and

(b) Be an important contribution of benefit to the Konoha-Nins Guild and the Alde Alliance.

Leadership Achievement that merit the NA must:

(a) Be noteworthy;

(b) Be sustained so as to demonstrate a high state of development or, if for a specific achievement, be of such merit as to earn singular recognition for the act(s); and

(c) Reflect most creditably on the efforts of the individual toward the accomplishment of the task.

KN Devotion Award:



This award may also be conferred upon units of the other ranks in the Konoha-Nins. Guild, and of active members of friendly foreign guilds serving with the Konoha-Nins. Guild of the Alde Alliance, provided that such units shall meet the standards established for the Konoha-Nins. Guild. To justify this award, the unit must have performed service of a character in which he/she is taxed and devotes the highest number of percentage to the guild.


KN Big Brother Award:



Awarded to those who help fellow guildsmen out of good will and not show spite for it.

KN Senority Award:



Awarded to those who have been in KN for a long ass time. No and being at the age of 30 and joining doesnt mean you win this award.

KN Perverted Award:



Awarded to those who are constantly talk abotu sex, want sex, cant get enough about sex, talk dirty, like porno, wants to make porno's and the list goes on.

KN Good Attendance|Active Award:



Awared to those w/ Outstanding Attendance to WoE, and are generally active.

KN Determined to get lvl 99 Award:



Awarded to those who are hardcore lvlrs and cant stop babbling about getting the Sannin Title. XD

KN "Deadliest Nin" PvP Award:



The Good, The Bad, The Ugly, it doesnt matter to you, kuz youll just send them back to there Kafra save point.

KN "Deadliest Nin" WoE Award:



Awarded to those who seriously fuck up alot of people during War of Emperium Siege. I mean to the point where its just ridicoulous.

KN Most AFK Award:



This person wont even know this award exists -_-.

KN Bling Bling Award:

KN Most Competitive Award:



Awarded to those who want to feel good about themselves by outlvling there opponent. Yaa Biach.

KN Baddest Mothafucka Award:



Awarded to those w/ the "Im Rick James Bitch, hold my drink bich, Im the baddest mothafucka alive" attitude.

KN Wise and Conservative Award:



Awarded to those who do not involve themselves w/ drama, do not bring drama towards the guild.

KN Most Wanted Missing-Nin Award:



Awarded to those w/ an influence on the guild who have gone Missing, or AWOL.

KN Youngest Nin Award:

Chuunin -
After participating in the Chuunin exam, a genin's intellect and strength are judged by the Kages and Lords that preside as judges. They are now qualified to lead a group of genins during extracurricular activities, such as the village being under attack. They are also sent out on solo or group missions. They mostly travel in groups of four on missions.
The Chuunin Rank is given to membres that have just completed the Trial-Nin stage. You are basicly what makes up the squads which Jounins will lead. More or say you are a regular of KN now. You will be under the command of Jounins who will lead the the different type of attack parties.
Jounin -
Chuunins who have shown extraordinary amounts of strength and intelligence are promoted to Jounin. This is a high ranking, and one is sent on more difficult missions than Chuunins, usually involving assassination or theft, or in some cases, information gathering. Jounins are also believed to be mature enough to handle a squad of genins and to train them.
The Jounin rank basicly means that you are capable of leading a squad during WoE, and by having this title also says you are trustworthy of handling a group of people and commanding them. The only way you can qualify to be a Jounin is

(a) Show dedication towards the guild

(b) WoE Active

(c) Show that you can take responsiblity and follow orders

Special Jounin -
A Jounin that specializes in a specific area of expertise. Morino Ibiki, for example, is head of the Konoha's Interrogation Unit, which is basically torture. Anko is a Special Jounin because of her familiarity with the recent Village of Sound, which Konoha has next to no information about. ANBU teams, which serve as police and assassination squads, are also Special JouninsSpecial Jounin rank is given to those w/ a specific job title within the guild, aka KN's High Council. They are also considered KN Leadership. Being part of the Special Jounins means your opinions and decisions affect how the guild will be run and dictated. Qualifications to become a Special Jounin are:

(a) Show of Distinguished Service to the Guild.

(b) Evidence of Loyalty to the Guild

(c) Have a mature state of mind

(d) Is proud to be a Konoha-Nin

(e) Active Duty to the guild, and attends WoE regularly.
Anbu -
A specific devision of ninjas designed much like the royal guard of the Hokage. This group performs assasinations, escorts, and act as body guards as well for the current Hokage. Kakashi was once an ANBU member himself. Anbu rank is the Highest rank in terms of leadership. Only Special Jounins can obtain this rank through promotion. Anbu Rank are basicly the left and right hand of the Hokage and prove to be one of the most Loyal to the guild as well as overexceeding there profiecncies in combat. On the battle field there true colors shine and are Konoha's Elite. They are the High Ranking Officials in the Konoha-Nins as well as Battle tacticians and Battlefield Comanders. Eligibility for this rank is as follows:

(a) Must have been Special Jounin for a good amount of time

(b) Outstanding good conduct

(c) Loyalty and Perseverance to the Konoha-Nins

(d) distinguishes himself/herself by exceptionally meritorious service to the Konoha-Nins in a duty of great responsibility.


Sannin -

The Sannin Title is given to those who have achieved the lvl 99 stage, and whoever has reached the Transendance Stage. Because of there effort and skill and dedication to obtaining this troublesome duty, they will be rewared w/ this Title. The meaning of Sannin pertains to being a Legendary Ninja that are at the apex of there skill and training.


Kage -

The ultimate warrior in a particular village, in other words: the title of referring to the strongest in the village. What they say usually goes. Their power is only rivaled by other Kages.
The Kage title gives a chance to those wanting to make a difference in Konoha-Nins. Only 2 Hokages can exist in KN.
To have the Kage title means you have earned your respect in Konoha, through hardwork, dedication, compasion for the guild, Honor, Loyalty, Valor, and your overall preserverance of the guild. You will basicly be the 2nd in Command of the Konoha-Nins. Guild. The following traits will qualify you to apply for the position.

1. Must be or been a Special Jounin, Anbu, Sannin Rank
2. Must be lvl 99 or Trans.
3. Show a high lvl of Maturity and Responsiblity.
4. Have a sense of leadership and show that you want this position
5. Have common knowledge of what Konoha is and what Naruto is.. lol
6. Represent KN w/ a good and positive attitude.

.. Once you have met these qualifacations, you will be evaluated along w/ other applicants. Those who pass, will ultimately have a free for all PvP battle match, and the one who proves the strongest shall prevail as KN's 2nd Hokage.
