Code of Conduct
1) Uphold Honor for our Guild
* As a member of Konoha Nins., you are an example of what we represent. Actions caused by you directly reflects on everyone in the guild as well as its leadership. Please think before you act. Use common sense before doing anything that will bring dishonor and make people look down on Konoha.
2) General Attitude Issues
* Konoha Nins. members are expected to maintain a certain level of maturity. Your attitude reflects directly back on the guild and all interaction should remain as positive as possible. It is normal to have bad days, but it is NOT ok to take it out on your guild mates or other players.
* Excessive swearing, screaming, use of offensive terms or slang, racial comments or discrimination based on sex, or disability is not acceptable.
* Refusing to go on guild runs because your gear is better or because you've done that event a million times is selfish. We're not a selfish guild.
Effect: Members may be demoted, restricted from guild activities, or removed from the guild entirely.

True excellence
No member of Konoha Nins. has the right to disrespect another member, nor to create conflict within the guild by their words, actions, or influences. Back stabbing, arguments, and personal disputes cause dissatisfaction that hinders the guilds forward momentum.
We're striving to be magnificent, not to be lost in obscure mediocrity.
Effect: Members may be restricted from raids and guild activities, or removed from the guild entirely.
4) Harassment
* Aggressive behavior towards fellow guild members is not tolerated. If you are asked to stop harassing someone with your words, actions, emotes, or other behaviors then cease and desist all further abuse.
* Repeatedly private messaging an Officer while they are in siege or other event can be considered harassment. Please ask the officer if he or she has a moment of time to sit down with you and speak about any private concerns. When possible please wait for a more opportune time then in the middle of our raids to address your concerns to an officer.
or If it is extremely important and immediately pertinent, just let us know so we can give you our full attention. Be aware that officers are here to serve their guild members, but they have several other duties as well.
Effect: Members may be restricted from raids and guild activities, or removed from the guild entirely.
